SHIPPING
We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. We are based in a rural part of the south west of WA, because of this all orders placed outside of WA will likely take at least 1 week to arrive. Postage time is always dependant on Australia Post lead times and are out of our control.
At this stage we are not offering international shipping as a checkout option. If you would like to make a purchase outside of Australia please contact us and we can arrange a quotation for you!

PRIVACY
You have a 14 day window (after delivery of item) to notify us for a request for a return. Once approved you have 7 days to post items back to us, goods must be posted with a tracking number. Returns goods must be in original condition to receive a refund. Goods that need to be returned by postage is at the expense of buyer.
We will arrange a replacement, credit, exchange or refund on faulty items. Any faulty items need to be inspected by our staff and we reserve the right to determine whether the item is faulty.

We only store information (with your permission) to conduct business with you and contact you if needed, for example to notify you on stock availability, shipping purchased items etc.
We will never sell or provide access to your details to third parties other than as part of processing your order. For example, we may disclose your details to our payment gateway providers, Australia Post or courier and freighting companies to send your orders to you.
